[clustervisor-announce] ClusterVisor 0.5.44 Released

[ClusterVisor Announcements]

We are proud to announce version 0.5.44 of ClusterVisor that includes new
features, quality of life improvements for maintaining your cluster, and a
handful of bug fixes. The most notably changes were made to:

cloner / cv-cloner: Now stores xattr and ACLs by default in cloner images
(deprecating --store-xattr-acls) and a new fix-efiboot sub-command to
repair EFI entries.

cv-db-image: Expanded the image to backup not only the ClusterVisor
database, but also the LDAP database and the Munge key to make restoring
ClusterVisor more seamless (legacy images will still supported using the
--legacy flag).

cv-installer: More automation niceties added with the --override and
--bootstrap flags, the latter allowing for a complete restore and
re-installation of ClusterVisor using a backup image to pre-populate the
database without any user interaction.

cv-authsync: A new “authsync_config” field was added for each node set to
optionally restrict only the root user being synchronized to the other
nodes.
