[clustervisor-announce] ClusterVisor 1.24.06-3850 Released

[ClusterVisor Announcements]

This one is a smaller update, but of note resolves the issues in Cloner
when attempting to deploy EL 9.4 images as well as patching a memory leak
in cv-statsd introduced in the 1.24.05-3825 release. As such, if you
previously upgraded to 1.24.05-3825 we advise updating as soon as you can
to this release to mitigate cv-statsd crashing.

Release Notes:

   - Added auto-restart clauses to systemd unit files for daemons to
   automate recovery on failures
   - Fixed a bug in cloner-reconfigure that causes issues in EL 9.4 during
   cloning
   - Fixed a bug for the static route feature in networking config plugin
   - Fixed a memory leak bug in cv-statsd
   - Changed expression builder in the web interface to allow you to filter
   stats by device
   - Fixed issue with full page graphs being the wrong width when the side
   bar was opened
   - Changed the total in the table component of the web interface to
   reflect the total after filtering
